How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2005 with offices in Mich. and Nevada . This is our first office in Ohio .
What is your primary product or service?
Physicians and Physician Assistants that are making house calls.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dr. Chatman is a doctor that works for the people and knows that it is hard for some people to get out and go to the office so she decided to go back to the way it once was and see the patients in their homes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We make house calls unlike today's doctors
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 3 locations and yes we are hoping to expand our practice.

We are just off the expressway here in Maumee Ohio take the Salisbury Road exit onto Dussel Drive turn north onto Ford street and follow the loop around to Woodlands Drive and we are at 1690 Woodlands Drive

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Dr. Sylmara Chatman is the owner and each office is run by the office managers.
What are your hours of operation?
9am to 5pm Monday through Friday

We just love your whole business from the Dr.'s to the office staff.
